Jeff & Rena Crane were both born and raised in Columbia, Missouri.
Jeff began building houses in the early 70's and continued until 1995, when he received his real estate license. He began practicing real estate and now uses his expertise in home building to help his clients buy or sell real estate.
Jeff specializes in land and rural properties. Because he was raised on a farm, just south of Columbia, he can relate to people buying farms or homes with acreage and is better equipped to explain the different terms and conditions that come with purchasing land.
Rena has worked in office administration for many years. Rena acquired her real estate license in 1993. When Jeff and Rena began working together in the real estate field in 1995, Rena then turned her priorities to using her skills to make sure that all the paperwork for each transaction was completed properly and in a timely manner.
